Christian Service Brigade

Visit the CSB Website

CSB is a ministry for dads and their sons, ages 4 through high school. Dads learn how to disciple their sons while teaching Christian leadership in the home and the church. Single moms are encouraged to find a male family member or close adult male friend to act as a dependable stand-in dad where a father is unavailable. Weekly meetings are Mondays, 7 – 8:30 p.m. at the Hangar September through May. Other activities include camp-outs, retreats, Scripture memory, and Bible lessons.

Special Needs

A ministry designed to offer help and encouragement to individuals with special needs and their families. This ministry includes A Buddy for Me Program, which gives children ages 1-9, the opportunity to worship God with their peers in Sunday School with the assistance of a special helper. RISE Class is also a part of His Workmanship Ministry. Designed for pre-teens and young adults, it provides opportunities for worship, prayer and Bible study. His Workmanship Ministry reaches out to support and encourage the parents of special needs individuals through the Parent Survival Night, which meets once a month for devotions, sharing and prayer.

Baby Dedication

A Denton Bible Church baby dedication is a time for parents to publicly dedicate their baby to God, and to commit themselves to raising that baby by their example and by the discipline and teaching of Jesus Christ. It is a time of making themselves accountable before God and our congregation, to be purposeful in raising their child in a biblically grounded Christian home. It is also a time for the congregation to pledge their support of these families in deed and in prayer.
