Denton Bible Church is committed to serving the Church body during this time. We will continue to be the church even if we are limited in our ability to gather in large groups (Matt. 18:20). We will continue to seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness (Matt. 6:33) even if the world is distracted with other things. And, we will continue to love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength and our neighbor as ourselves (Luke 10:27) because it is our greatest delight and calling in life.
Gathered here are resources to help you stay engaged with the Church during these unusual times. You can watch Church services and connect with the ministries you are involved in so that we can still gather as groups even while separated by distance. Included are links to join our mailing list so that you can stay informed, and a place to contact Pastoral Care if you, or anyone you know, is in need.
If you are new here, we’d love to know more about you!
As many of the Covid-19 restrictions have been modified statewide regarding the wearing of masks and social distancing, we have opened up all seating in the main sanctuary and continue with our “masks optional” policy. We encourage you to continue being diligent and respectful of others as we resume more normal activities. Please review the Safety and Health Protocols link below. Although most of the listed restrictions in that document are no longer in effect, the “Self Screen” checklist is still valid and important. Also please review the guidelines if you have been Exposed to Covid-19.
CARE & SUPPORT
Pastoral Care seeks to assist and support members of Denton Bible Church who are faced with a need, whether it’s an illness, surgery, hospitalization, bereavement, seeking hospital visitation, or prayer. Pastoral Care wants to know how we can help – especially during this COVID-19 pandemic!
