Walking in Oneness:
How the Gospel Impacts a Marriage

DBC MARRIAGE CONFERENCE
October 11th

Unlock the incredible potential in your marriage at our upcoming conference, designed to equip you with the biblical principles found in Ephesians 4. Just as Paul urges believers to "walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace" (Ephesians 4:1-3), so too is marriage a sacred calling that thrives on these very virtues.

Discover how cultivating humility, gentleness, patience, and unwavering love can transform your relationship, fostering deeper understanding and unbreakable unity. Learn practical tools for healthy communication, conflict resolution, and mutual encouragement, building a bond that truly reflects God's design for oneness. Invest in your marriage, and experience the abundant joy and strength that comes from living out these timeless truths.

Mike and Kerry Scheer

Mike and Kerry Scheer bring the experience of marital blessing found through the terrain of hardships and victories offered in 28 years of marriage and raising three sons. Mike has served on staff at Denton Bible Church for the past 25 years, currently serving in the areas of missions, outreach, and equipping, where he works to equip church leaders at DBC and around the globe. He also serves as a high school chaplain at a private school. Kerry is a Biblical counselor in private practice and also works as a counselor at Denton Calvary Academy. They love to serve God together at retreats and conferences, while Mike will bring exegetical truth from the pages of scripture, Kerry will join him to share the practical implications of how truth is sifted into everyday life. Through laughter and wisdom they will offer an opportunity to find strength, direction, and hope for your marriage.
