Doug & Shawna serve with The Navigators as regional leaders of the South Central region of the collegiate Navigator campuses. They train, resource and develop collegiate staff to be effective and minister out of health on their respective campuses in TX, OK, AR and LA. They also supervise the regional leaders of NE, IA, KS & MO.
