Children's Ministry

Welcome to the Children’s Ministry of Denton Bible! We engage children from 4 months - 5th Grade in age appropriate activities that teach the Word of God and encourage children to know, love, and follow Christ. Our volunteers and staff are excited to join parents in helping their children to build a strong relationship with Jesus.

Kids Praise Choir Camp

Come join us for Kids Praise Camp this summer! This is a fun week where children learn a musical in one week! Camp is a great time filled with singing, Bible lessons, snacks, crafts and games all for the purpose of teaching children truths from God’s Word.

Camp Dates: Monday-Friday, July 20-24
Time: 9:00 a.m.-Noon
Cost: $70 per child ($35 for each additional child in a family **PLEASE USE PROMO CODE**) Minicamp is free for volunteer kids.
Audition Day: Thursday, June 16 (sign-up information sent with registration confirmation)
Musical Night: Friday, July 24 at 7:00 p.m.

Kids Praise Choir Camp is for children who have completed 1st-5th grade. We also have Minicamp for children of Choir Camp volunteers ages 3-6.

Childcare

We offer safe and secure childcare by trained, loving, staff with fun, Bible-based activities. Contact your ministry or group leader to request child care for Bible studies, small groups or special events.

Family Dedication

A Denton Bible Church Family Dedication Service is a time for parents to publicly dedicate their child to God, and to commit themselves to raising the child by their example and by the discipline and teaching of Jesus Christ. This special service is held each March, July, and November. Visit the Family Dedication page for more details!

Why should you serve in Children’s Ministry?

We use approximately 300 volunteers in DBC Children’s Ministry. We have a wide variety of ministry positions available with various time commitments and levels of involvement allowing you to use your gifts and talents to teach children about God and His love.
