Chris Bransford and his wife, Rebekah, have been working in a town in the eastern part of Chad but are now on home assignment until 2026. Chad is currently not renewing visas for U.S. citizens, but they are praying that the doors will re-open by September, 2026 so that they can return to continue ministry amongst Chadian Arabs through English teaching, eyeglasses ministry, and other avenues. They also partner with the local church to reach out to Muslim people groups in Chad. They have 4 sons… Levi and his wife Rachel live in Kansas City and are expecting their first child in January 2026 and hope to go overseas as missionaries in a couple of years; Nate will graduate from LeTourneau University in December 2025 and is looking forward to teaching Math and coaching soccer in the future; Caleb is presently in Sweden for a one-year Bible training program with Torchbearers; Joshua is a freshman at John Brown University in Arkansas and is studying kinesiology.
