The Carters train long-term missionaries to move overseas to live and work in foreign countries. We are responsible for preparing those moving from Singapore, both Koreas, Pakistan, Japan and Taiwan to any destination globally. The training institution is based in Southeast Asia and has a staff of 5 (myself, 1 Singaporean Chinese, 3 Koreans) and between 30-50 community and foreign volunteers. Since 2010, 128 people with 90 children have gone through the training.
