Stella began her work with Cru Singapore in 1980. Phil began his work at their International Headquarters in 1985. Through the XChange Cross-Cultural Training in Singapore, their team has prepared 128 adults with 90 children in tow since 2010. Through Phil's cross-organizational work, he mentors multiple audiences as an instructor in the Asian Cross-Cultural Training Institute. Our next new project is to begin new training in assisting campus teams across Asia begin better reaching foreign students on their campuses.
