After retirement and the death of his lovely wife, Frank became a SERVE missionary. Being alone leads to genuine enjoyment in meeting new people and learning about their lives. He loves to listen and leverages his age and experience to minister to people of all types of backgrounds making them feel loved and appreciated.

In Europe, Frank walks alongside Persian, Ukrainian, and South African believers, loving and discipling them. He teaches an appreciation for God's Word and the joy of serving a living God. He supports the work of the local church at New City Wien in Vienna, Austria, reaching out to everyone he can meet in the city. He teaches English as a tool to develop meaningful relationships with people. He also endeavors to interest church leaders in BTCP.
