Jill serves in Northern Ireland with Exodus, a dynamic ministry that helps young people follow Jesus. She serves as the Director of Content, Communications, and Commission, creating discipleship resources, partnering with churches and denominations to launch mentoring programs, leading small groups, coaching, and overseeing all the organization’s branding and communications. She also works with churches and ministries all over the world to create summer missions placement opportunities for young people.
