Nico and Annie have partnered with SERVE since 2003. Nico is the pastor of a local church in Malaga, and he has founded a global ministry called Deep Changes. Cambios profundos -its name in Spanish- seeks to provide resources that help people to enjoy God & experience a genuine transformation of the heart.

Nico has written two successful books that have been translated into several languages and are currently being used to train pastors and leaders all over the world. He normally travels once a month to lecture internationally. Annie leads several small groups, meets one-on-one with key women, and leads the social ministry of their local church in Spain.
