Bill and Naty Tully serve as missionaries in Romania and Moldova. In Romania they lead the ministry of the International Church of Bucharest. It is an English speaking congregation that ministers to approximately 30 different cultures in the city. In Moldova they work alongside local pastors and church leaders by assisting them with summer camps, evangelistic outreach, and periodic local training.
